The very place where the hanyou, Inuyasha, was bound to the tree by Kikyo's arrow and released fifty years later by the schoolgirl Kagome. Spanning leagues in every way, it's a rather easy feat to get lost among its foliage. In the very center is a clearing containing the Bone Eater's Well than connects the past to the present. Through the year, the forest is filled with emerald iridescence, and it holds a magical quality that's rather hard to explain. A freshwater river cuts through it, separating the western lands from the eastern lands.
